All prices are in euros and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. fiveinnolabs does not store your payment card details.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Irish consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at victor@fiveinnolabs.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of our receipt of your withdrawal notice.
If you have already begun the programme (attended a coaching session or accessed personalised content) within the 14-day period, you agree that a proportionate amount may be deducted from the refund to reflect services already provided.
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice may count as completed. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes.
All tutorial content, assessment tools, frameworks, and materials provided as part of AI Badge are the intellectual property of fiveinnolabs. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for the duration of your programme. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access credentials with third parties.
AI Badge provides education and coaching. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or business results. Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only what is necessary to deliver the programme and communicate with you.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact victor@fiveinnolabs.com. We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days. If we cannot resolve the matter directly, you may refer it to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in Ireland or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection law to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
